I'm a husband, father, athlete, and coach. I believe strength is built through discipline.

That's why I built a system to help busy men rebuild their bodies, sharpen their mindset, and lead with confidence.
My coaching blends kettlebell training, strength work, and the D.O.G. mindset so men can become stronger, more disciplined, and more capable in every area of life.
